DNA Dance Ballroom offers a variety of group classes and private lessons for kids starting from age 5. Kids will learn two styles of ballroom dancing, International Ballroom (or "Standard") and International Latin. International Ballroom consists of five dances: the Slow Waltz, the Tango, Viennese Waltz, the Slow Foxtrot, and the Quickstep. International Latin also consists of five dances: the Samba, the Cha-Cha, the Rumba, the Paso Doble, and the Jive. The kids will follow a syllabus program, with Bronze, Silver and Gold levels and figures, as approved by the World Dancesport Federation guidelines. We also offer conditioning and stretching classes for kids as it's proven to be the best combination for success in the dance world.
